Attentive, friendly, professional, with perfect timing and great recommendations — you can tell he genuinely cares about guests and loves what he does. We had an excellent experience at Casa Neos! Dubi was an incredible server with the kindest, humorous personality! She gave us all the good recommendations and kept our family entertained throughout our special Christmas dinner. For food - highly recommend the branzino fish! A total masterpiece that everyone should experience. The baklava dessert was also a must!
I had such a great experience at Casa Neos! The customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Marcelle was AMAZING; he was professional, kind, and made the best recommendations. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and everything was made fresh and beautifully presented. I highly suggest the delicious and tender lobster pasta and also the grilled branzino. We sat outside and watched the boats go by. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others. Sammy was the best!! We had a party of 5 and he was on top of everything we needed. Our glasses were never empty and his recommendations were top notch. The food is delicious! Family style. The cocktails are exceptional. Lastly the baklava was so yum! Will definitely be back for their brunch and other special occasions.
